Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Early Childhood Educator to join our team at Goodstart Early Learning Mawson Lakes Elder Drive.
The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality education and care to children, developing and implementing engaging and challenging learning programs, and building strong relationships with families and colleagues.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement learning programs that meet the needs of children and align with the Early Years Learning Framework
- Build strong relationships with families and colleagues to ensure a collaborative and supportive environment
- Contribute to the development and implementation of centre policies and procedures
- Participate in professional development and training to enhance skills and knowledge
- Monitor and report on children's progress and development
- Bachelor of Education (Early Childhood Education) or ACECQA approved equivalent
- Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
- Current SA Working with Children Check
- Hold active registration with the Teachers Registration Board of South Australia (TRB SA)
