The Role

">

This full-time permanent role offers a fast-paced and rewarding environment where every interaction makes a difference. You will work rotating shifts between 7:30 am and 6:00 pm, Monday to Friday, with a once-a-month Saturday shift (8:00 am – 5:00 pm) that comes with applicable overtime rates. To set you up for success, you will complete a four-week training program, equipping you with the knowledge and skills to schedule medical imaging appointments and provide an exceptional patient experience. About You

  2. You must be passionate about customer service with strong active listening and problem-solving skills.">
  3. Previous experience in customer service or a call centre is highly regarded, but not essential.">
  4. You should be comfortable working across multiple systems and navigating different programs simultaneously.">
  5. You must be proactive, eager to learn and willing to take initiative.">
  6. You need strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with a diverse range of people.">
  7. You must be able to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.">
  8. You require high attention to detail and a commitment to delivering quality service.">

  3. Assist patients and referrers by efficiently scheduling a variety of medical imaging appointments.">
  4. Handle enquiries with care, professionalism and a patient-first approach.">
  5. Ensure every interaction contributes to an outstanding patient and referrer experience.">
  6. Build and maintain strong working relationships with patients, referrers, colleagues, and managers.">
