Job Description:

This role offers a unique opportunity to support a high-impact program in the Federal Government, contributing to the delivery of exceptional services and making a tangible difference in people's lives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct detailed research to accurately associate participating and non-participating institutions, supporting the seamless progression of applications.
  • Prepare complex Request for Information (RFI) packages and issue them to institutions, ensuring data is collected, validated, and processed with the utmost accuracy and in accordance with privacy standards.
  • Maintain accurate and comprehensive records, including case notes, reports, and official documentation, ensuring all information is up-to-date and well-documented.
Requirements:
  • Research & Analytical Skills: You have a keen eye for detail and can effectively conduct research and analysis to identify key institutions and their status within the program.
  • Communication & Stakeholder Engagement: Strong communication skills to issue RFIs, liaise with institutions, and maintain collaborative relationships with stakeholders.
  • Attention to Detail: You are methodical and organised, ensuring that all documentation and records are kept accurate, up-to-date, and compliant with privacy regulations.
