We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Civil Engineer to join our team in a critical role on a major rail study project. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality work to the highest standard.
As a Lead Civil Engineer, you will provide technical expertise and guidance across various stages of the project, from studies through to implementation. You will lead and manage a team of engineers and designers, spearheading the development of your team and providing mentoring to ensure the civil engineering staff are appropriately trained and competent to carry out their roles safely and efficiently.
About YouTo be successful in this role, you will have a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Civil Engineering and 12+ years of relevant professional experience, with demonstrated experience working on projects located in the Pilbara region. You will also have experience working on study and design projects within the heavy haul rail or mining industry, as well as strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyse and resolve complex issues.
You will be a technical leader and people mentor, with the ability to lead and manage a team of engineers and designers, and demonstrate interpersonal skills, having impact and influence with the capacity to build professional relationships both internally and client-facing.
