About Us

ADF Health Services is a leading provider of integrated healthcare services to Australian Defence Force (ADF) personnel across the country. In partnership with Bupa, Serco delivers defence-ready clinical and support staff to 50+ on-base locations nationwide.

The Role

You will provide chair-side assistance to dentists and hygienists in delivering dental services to patients. Your responsibilities will also include administrative tasks, patient record management, and promoting oral health to patients.

Key Requirements

  • A Certificate III in Dental Assisting or equivalent qualification.
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience within the last 5 years, including recent participation in Continuing Professional Development (CPD) activities.
  • Current First Aid (HLTAID011) and Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (HLTAID009) certification.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to deliver high-quality care.

About the Location

Enoggera Health Centre is located at Gallipoli Barracks in Brisbane, supporting several military bases. This modern facility offers primary medical, surgical outpatient, dental, nursing, physiotherapy, mental health, and pharmaceutical services, operating 24/7.

Your Responsibilities

You will contribute to maintaining a clean and effective dental surgery environment, assist the team, and promote oral health to patients. To be successful, you must demonstrate exceptional moral values, a professional and friendly manner, and enthusiasm for providing dental support services.
