About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Zone Manager to lead our MECCA Casuarina store in the Northern Territory as a key member of our management team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in delivering an exceptional customer experience by being responsible for the customers and products within your zone.

As a Zone Manager, you will work closely with Hosts, Specialists, and other Zone Managers to create a seamless shopping experience for our customers. You will uphold the MECCA values, ensuring that customers feel empowered to look and feel their best. Your role will also involve collaborating with the Floor and Store Managers to build a high-performing team that can provide an outstanding in-store experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with queries and offering solutions tailored to their needs
  • Communicate effectively with fellow Zone Managers to ensure a smooth transition of customers between zones
  • Work collaboratively with team members to maintain a high level of quality service delivery

About You

To succeed in this role, you must have a passion for motivating and developing teams. You will be a strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills, able to motivate and drive improvements within the team. A true passion for delivering exceptional customer service is essential, as well as the ability to work varied hours including nights and weekends.

Salary Information

The estimated salary for this role is AU$80,000 - AU$120,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
