Occupational Therapist Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist to join our team. This role will involve working with clients of varying ages and abilities, providing occupational therapy services that promote independence, safety, and well-being.

The successful candidate will have a strong passion for supporting people to live their lives the way they want to. They will have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and be able to work effectively in a team environment.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Assessing client needs and developing personalized treatment plans
  • Providing occupational therapy services, including assistive technology prescription and home modifications
  • Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
  • Maintaining accurate records and reporting progress to stakeholders
