Busy Bees Australia Employer Pty Ltd is a leading global childcare brand committed to providing high-quality early childhood education and care services. We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef to join our team at Busy Bees on Furlong Road, Queanbeyan.

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to showcase their skills and passion while working in a supportive and inclusive environment. As an Executive Chef, you will be responsible for creating balanced, nutritious meals suitable for young children, considering their developmental needs.

We offer a fantastic above-award hourly rate and work-life balance. In addition to your salary, you will also receive a laundry allowance and annual uniform allocation. Our service offers generous childcare gap fee discounts for permanent staff, as well as growth opportunities and access to our training platform.

To be successful in this role, you will require a Certificate III in Commercial Cookery or equivalent culinary qualifications or experience. You must also hold a current and valid Working With Children Check or be able to obtain one.

The ideal candidate will have experience in designing rotating menus that adhere to dietary guidelines and cater to the diverse needs of children. They will also possess the ability to prepare meals for children with allergies, intolerances, or specific dietary needs, while maintaining strict adherence to food safety and hygiene protocols.
