Inventory Controller / Warehouse Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced Inventory Controller / Warehouse Supervisor to join our team on the Northern Beaches. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for managing our inventory and ensuring that our stock levels are accurate and up-to-date.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work closely with Production Management, Engineering, Sales, and Suppliers to ensure smooth inventory management.
  • Perform regular stock takes and review new processes to improve inventory management.
  • Maintain and coordinate day-to-day stock counts within the business.
  • Drive inventory process improvement to increase efficiency, safety, and profitability.
  • Manage the ERP / MRP system, similar to an SAP platform, to ensure accurate inventory levels.
  • Execute picking orders and arrange project parts.
  • Ensure quality assurance and control for parts.
  • Develop strong stakeholder management skills and experience.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of inventory experience and customer management.
  • Quoting and invoicing experience.
  • SAP or ERP knowledge.
  • Excellent communication and computer literacy skills.
  • Ability to work in a team environment.
