Job Title: Mechanical Maintenance Planner

The role of a Mechanical Maintenance Planner is critical in ensuring the safe and reliable operation of plant equipment. This position involves planning and coordinating maintenance activities to optimize production while minimizing downtime.

To be successful in this role, you will need to deliver high-quality workflow management processes that prioritize task response planning, scheduling, budget preparation, and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform maintenance job and project planning, materials ordering, scheduling, master data management, and reporting for the engineering team.
  • Actively participate in continuous improvement, Root Cause Failure Analysis (RCFA), and Reliability programs as directed.
  • Maintain and update Preventive Maintenance (PM) routines in the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) under consultation with the Area engineer and relevant stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • A strong educational background or relevant experience - Engineer or Trade qualifications are preferred.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills are essential for effective collaboration with colleagues and stakeholders.
  • Experience with Asset Life Cycle Management and all Reliability-related processes is highly valued.
  • Proficiency in computer applications, particularly in CMMS master data management, is required.
  • A commitment to safety and a positive attitude towards workplace culture are essential.
  • Teamwork and a willingness to share knowledge and expertise are key attributes for success in this role.
  • Sound problem-solving and trouble-shooting skills are necessary for efficient resolution of issues.
