Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead operations in Mackay, combining strategic sales growth, customer relationship management, technical service delivery, and team leadership.

About the Role

This pivotal position involves:

  • Sales Growth - Develop and execute sales strategies to grow existing accounts and identify new business opportunities.
  • Customer Success - Foster long-term relationships with key clients and ensure exceptional service delivery.
  • Technical Services Management - Oversee workshop and field teams to guarantee high-quality, safe, and efficient operations.
  • Branch & Team Leadership - Mentor Sales Manager, Workshop Manager, and Business Support, building a collaborative culture.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • A proven track record in sales leadership and service delivery (hydraulics, engineering, or similar).
  • Strong commercial acumen with success in growing revenue and margins.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills.
