Corporate Store Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking an accomplished retail leader to drive success in our Melbourne stores. This exciting opportunity offers a chance to work in a fast-paced environment, leading by example and making a significant impact.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for:

  1. Delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining high store standards
  2. Recruiting, coaching, and developing a high-performing store team
  3. Fostering a safe and positive store environment
  4. Driving store performance through Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), targets, and financial results
