Job Title Production Worker Position We are seeking a reliable and hardworking individual to join our team as a production worker. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing various tasks in a fast-paced production environment. About the Job 
  • This is an entry-level position that counts towards your 88 days of work experience, offering ongoing opportunities to move locations within the company.
 

The production worker will work on a 3-week rotating roster with AM shifts Monday to Saturday from 5am and PM shifts Monday to Friday from 2pm.

 Responsibilities 
  • Be fully trained in product knowledge and responsible for the final grade and inspection of potatoes and onions.
  • Lift between 2kg and 20kg bags of product and ensure it is packed and stacked correctly without damage.
 Requirements 
  • Be able to stay back at short notice.
  • Work on your feet for long periods of time.
  • Be hard working and highly reliable.
  • Have good communication skills.
  • Enjoy working in a results-orientated team environment.
  • Be a team player who enjoys repetitive tasks and has great attention to detail.
 

Please note that there is no public transport available, so you will need to have access to reliable transport to attend all rostered shifts.
