About the Role

We are seeking a creative and experienced Store Designer to join our property team at the Cotton On Group. As a Store Designer, you will play a key role in bringing our brand vision to life by designing world-class store environments that engage our customers and drive sales on an international level.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop store layouts and visual merchandising concepts that align with our brand identity and customer experience goals
  • Collaborate with internal and external partners to ensure store designs, documentation, and material selection meet our quality standards and deadlines
  • Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and contractors to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of store fixtures and fittings
  • Provide exceptional presentation skills to recommend suitable construction methods, materials, and design ideologies to stakeholders
  • Adapt to fast-paced environments and meet tight deadlines while maintaining high-quality results
  • Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of store designs and visual merchandising plans

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a Store Designer or similar role
  • Proficient in using Revit, Adobe Creative Suite, and Microsoft Office products
  • Exceptional presentation and communication skills
  • Ability to adapt to fast-paced environments and meet tight deadlines
