We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at St Francis Aged Care in Orange. As a key member of our care team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to our residents.
About the Role- Providing direct clinical nursing care to residents in line with best practice nursing procedures
- Acting as Team leader, providing coaching, supervision, and guidance to the personal care team
- Working in a safe manner to protect yourself, your colleagues and residents closely following all policies and procedures
- A current AHPRA registration following completion of a Bachelor of Nursing or similar
- A thorough understanding of the Aged Care Legislation and Aged Care Quality Standards
- Demonstrated understanding of AN-ACC assessment processes
- Strong clinical knowledge and understanding of the aging process, particularly age-related health issues
- Strong coaching/training skills
- Effective conflict resolution skills with a high level of emotional intelligence
- Strong communication skills and a positive attitude
- A willingness to apply for a Police Check and NDIS clearance
