**Job Summary:**

**Responsibilities & Requirements:

  • Teach the Ready Set dance program to students of varying ages and abilities.
  • Participate in themed weeks and showcases to promote student work and encourage audience engagement.
  • Encourage and motivate students to reach their full artistic potential.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to develop curriculum and improve teaching methods.

**Ideal Candidate Qualifications:

  • Experience teaching or mentoring students in a dance-related field is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for building strong relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.
  • A passion for the performing arts and ability to convey enthusiasm to students are vital for success in this role.
