Industry Change Manager

We are seeking a strategic professional to lead our policy and industry engagement efforts. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on building relationships, influencing outcomes, and driving meaningful change across the sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and analyse policy, regulatory, and legislative developments across all levels of government, providing timely insights to internal stakeholders.
- Engage with stakeholders, supporting senior leaders in building relationships with government, regulators, and industry bodies, representing us in key forums.
- Develop advocacy materials, including position papers and submissions, aligned with our strategic priorities.
- Collaborate internally with operations, strategy, sustainability, legal, and communications teams to ensure policy alignment and knowledge sharing.
- Report and communicate effectively through briefings, presentations, and tracking stakeholder engagement outcomes.
Requirements:
- Strong understanding of government, regulatory, and industry landscapes.
- Proven experience in policy development and stakeholder engagement.
- Excellent communication and influencing skills.
- Strategic thinker with a collaborative mindset.
- Passionate about sustainability and industry advancement.
