A Movement Coach Role
We are seeking a qualified movement coach to inspire children aged 7 months to 5 years old through engaging fitness classes.
As a coach, you will be the face of our business and responsible for delivering high-quality classes that retain members and encourage progression and confidence.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, patience, and the ability to create a fun and safe learning environment.
Key responsibilities include:
- Creating a positive club culture that focuses on member experience
- Ensuring magical moments are created in every class
- Facilitating programs and using a gym booking system effectively
- Developing a high-energy class environment that delivers excellence in professionalism and personal standards
- Reporting any risks, safety concerns, or behavior-related issues to the Club Manager or Head Coach
This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who are passionate about working with children and inspiring movement through fitness.
To succeed in this role, you must have relevant experience in sports coaching and hold a valid Working with Children Check and Australian work authorization.
