The Role:

This exciting opportunity involves working as a Senior Waiter/Restaurant & Bar Attendant, assisting in running the hotel's Restaurant & Bar outlets and ensuring exceptional customer service aligns with our brand standards.

You will work under the direction of the Director of Restaurants & Bars, supporting and guiding a team of attendants to ensure smooth operations and an unforgettable guest experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Service: Provide top-tier service in the restaurant and bar, greeting guests promptly and ensuring their needs are met throughout their visit.
  • Team Support: Lead and motivate the Restaurant & Bar attendants, equipping them with the right tools, training, and support to deliver excellence in service.
  • Operational Excellence: Assist with daily operations, including stock control, financial transactions, ordering, and maintaining high standards in food and beverage service.
  • Upselling: Suggest and promote restaurant and bar products to enhance the guest experience and maximize revenue.
  • Guest Relations: Build positive relationships with guests, remembering names, and anticipating their needs. Handle guest concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Compliance: Ensure adherence to local regulations regarding responsible service of alcohol (RSA), health and safety standards, and hotel procedures.
  • Training & Development: Participate in team training and development, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
