This role offers the opportunity to make a lasting impact in the lives of children and families by supporting the delivery of the NDIS early childhood approach. The Coordinator will work closely with families to help children reach their full potential through effective planning and support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support families through a family-centred approach, ensuring children receive the appropriate interventions based on best practice evidence.
  • Utilise qualifications in Early Childhood, Allied Health, Social Work, or a related field to inform decision-making.
  • Complete assessments for children with developmental concerns or disabilities, determining their needs and ensuring timely referrals to support pathways.
  • Connect families to community services and programs to enhance social participation and access to essential services.
  • Guide families through NDIS plan reassessments, gathering evidence and assisting with goal development.
  • Use the NDIS plan to support children and their families with improved choice, control, social participation, and quality of life.
