Job Overview

We are seeking a talented Junior Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will work as an analyst on a range of projects contributing to corporate sustainability analysis, risk assessments, company peer reviews and materiality assessments in line with standards such as GRI and SDGs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct corporate sustainability analysis, risk assessments and materiality assessments for clients
  • Design, establish and enhance internal sustainability governance and decision-making structures within businesses for effective oversight of strategies and risks

Requirements

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with creativity
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Bachelor's degree in business, commerce, economics, engineering, science or similar
  • Previous consulting experience in a similar role
  • Experience in working with recognised sustainability and ESG standards and guidelines

Preferred Qualifications

  • Stakeholder engagement and consultation experience
  • Sustainability strategy development or analysis experience
  • Sustainability report writing experience
