Job Title: Care Support Associate

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to provide essential support and assistance to our elderly clients in their day-to-day activities.

About the Role:

As a Care Support Associate, you will work independently to provide support care services to clients, including providing companionship and emotional support, meal preparation, light housekeeping, and reporting changes in the client's condition.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide companionship and emotional support to clients

  • Report changes in the client's condition

Requirements and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • Previous aged care experience preferred
  • A compassionate and patient demeanor
  • Current First Aid and CPR certification
  • A valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle (preferred)
