Warehouse Equipment Operator

We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Equipment Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operating high reach forklifts and possess excellent communication skills.

  • Operate high reach forklifts safely and efficiently to transport raw ingredients, finished goods, and warehouse materials.
  • Receive and store raw materials from suppliers, ensuring accurate inventory levels.
  • Dispatch outbound freight and consignment, meeting customer deadlines.
  • Load and unload trucks, verifying cargo and inspecting equipment before use.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage inventory levels by receiving, storing, and issuing raw materials and finished goods.
  • Coordinate with production teams to ensure timely delivery of goods and materials.
  • Conduct regular inspections of equipment and report any issues or concerns.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to maintain a safe and efficient work environment.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience operating Crown Joystick High Reach Forklifts.
  • RF scanning and picking expertise.
  • Familiarity with the Food Manufacturing industry.
  • Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in WHS systems.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

The successful candidate will be required to undertake a Criminal History Check and Drug and Alcohol Screening.
