Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Environmental Design Specialist to join our award-winning team. As a key member of our Landscape Architecture Team, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional environmental and design services on diverse strategic and site-specific projects across the globe.

Your primary responsibility will be to contribute to various project types, including landscape architecture, visual assessment, Masterplanning, and urban design. You will work collaboratively with interrelated disciplines and talented professionals across Environmental, Planning, and Geo-spatial teams in Australia and internationally.

The successful candidate will have circa 2-5 years' experience in a consultancy or similar Landscape-focused team, with a strong background in creative design skills and a focus on problem-solving with sustainability and cultural awareness. Excellent communication and leadership skills are essential, as is a desire to learn from senior staff.

You will also be responsible for developing strong professional relationships, commitment to environmental, cultural, and social responsibility in design outcomes, excellent graphic presentation skills, and proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and Adobe Creative Suite software.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • AIAL recognised qualifications
  • Eligibility and willingness to be registered (Registered Landscape Architect)
  • Creative design skills and a focus on problem-solving with sustainability and cultural awareness
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and Adobe Creative Suite software
