Fellowship in Wellbeing Education Research

We are seeking a Postdoctoral Fellow to join our Wellbeing and Education research community. As part of this role, you will be working closely with our team to advance knowledge and understanding in the field of wellbeing education.
Job Description
The successful candidate will lead a program of work informed by wellbeing science and located in the context of wellbeing education. You will be responsible for designing and implementing research projects that align with our research community's goals and objectives.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a PhD in a relevant field, as well as expertise in qualitative methods or mixed methods. You should also have a strong background in wellbeing science and education.
Benefits
This is a full-time, fixed-term position that attracts a remuneration package of $110,065 to $130,045 pa (ALEV B) plus 17% University superannuation contribution. We offer flexible working arrangements and a supportive work environment.
Research Areas
Possible research areas include wellbeing literacy in educational contexts, school wellbeing, trauma-informed pedagogy, mental health, strengths-based education and wellbeing, and educational leadership wellbeing.
