• Assessing and prioritizing resident needs, developing individualized care plans, and implementing interventions to promote optimal health outcomes.

Requirements

• Current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) and verifiable experience working with the elderly or vulnerable individuals in a group home or community setting.
• Commitment to maintaining clinical excellence and upholding the highest standards of care.
• Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to adapt to changing demands and work under pressure.
