Job Opportunity

We are seeking an exceptional Senior/Lead Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will lead by example, working hands-on alongside your teammates on delivery and providing high-level guidance and advice to clients.

The ideal candidate will be able to work autonomously with a self-driven attitude to own problems and deliver solutions. They will understand complex business and technical problems, learn quickly and communicate effective solutions.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Research alternative solutions and propose them within given constraints.
  • Apply different languages and technologies to projects while coding side-by-side with other developers on your team.
  • Implement continuous delivery practices to accelerate the delivery of new valuable functionality to its intended users.
  • Apply test-driven development practices to ensure high-quality software and reduce future effort and cost on implementing changes.
  • Mentor and coach less-experienced software engineers in Fabric family and client tech teams.
  • Advise clients on technical decisions and advocate for best practices.
  • Be an ambassador for Fabric, promoting our values and practices.
  • Participate in interviewing and recruitment based on business needs.
  • Generate thought leadership content relevant to your role.

Required Skills:

  • Expertise in one or more coding languages (e.g., .Net, Java/Kotlin, Python) and comfort learning new languages/technologies.
  • Experience with continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) practices.
  • Applying test-driven development practices (TDD).
  • Working knowledge of cloud technologies (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud Platform or Azure).
  • Working knowledge of Docker, Terraform and experience with Kubernetes.
  • Comfortable with agile methodologies for organizing work.
