Job Title: Motorcycle Retail Operations Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily showroom operations and team performance.
  • Manage staff rostering, forecasting, and resource planning.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional service and resolving issues promptly.
  • Lead recruitment, training, and team member retention efforts to drive business growth.
  • Monitor stock levels, minimize shrinkage, and optimize inventory management processes.
  • Utilize data analytics and systems to identify opportunities for continuous improvement and make informed decisions.
  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement strategies to enhance overall business efficiency.

Key Attributes & Skills:

  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate your team.
  • Experience with point-of-sale (POS), EFTPOS, and NETO systems, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • A proven track record of managing high-volume retail environments, with a focus on driving sales growth and improving operational efficiency.
  • Goal-driven, organized, adaptable, and detail-oriented, with a strong ability to meet deadlines and manage competing priorities.
  • Excellent customer service and visual merchandising skills, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for creating an engaging shopping experience.
