The Position

We are seeking a highly skilled Systems Administrator to join our team at Redox. In this role, you will be pivotal in maintaining and enhancing our IT infrastructure, ensuring smooth operation and spearheading innovative projects.

  • Responsibilities will include providing expert-level support to resolve complex technical issues, analysing and designing new software integrations, and managing system upgrades and new software implementations.
  • You will be responsible for ensuring the continuity and optimal performance of our Microsoft HyperV server environment and monitoring the health of our network and all fixed and mobile devices.
  • Other key responsibilities will include managing the network infrastructure, maintaining Microsoft Exchange (M365), Active Directory, Group Policy, and DFS, and supporting our IP telephony system.
About you

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, ensuring effective collaboration and support across the team.
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience as a Systems Administrator, demonstrating solid expertise and reliability.
  • Extensive experience managing and maintaining core physical infrastructure, including HyperV Nodes, Virtual Machines, network switches, and routers.
  • Proven experience in conducting on-premises migrations to cloud technologies, such as Azure blob storage, SharePoint, and Microsoft Teams.
