Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and guest-focused Full-Time Supervisor to join our Events team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading the guest experience and ensuring seamless event execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and coach a diverse team of people to ensure exceptional guest service and a positive team culture.
  • Visibly active on the floor, leading by example and supporting Food and Beverage Attendants to deliver outstanding service.
  • Assist guests with feedback and action accordingly, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
  • Coordinate and manage the logistics of events, including setup and teardown.
  • Liaise with vendors, clients, and staff to ensure seamless event execution.
  • Troubleshoot any issues that arise during events and coordinate quick solutions.

Requirements

  • Experience in a similar role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
  • Passionate about delivering exceptional guest service and creating memorable experiences.
  • Flexibility to work across a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
  • Positive and collaborative team player with excellent communication skills.
  • Hold a valid Queensland RSA.
