Education Specialist Position

We are seeking a dedicated professional to work as part of a dynamic team, committed to providing high-quality educational programs for young children. As an Education Specialist, you will collaborate with colleagues to design and deliver engaging curricula, while establishing strong relationships with families to ensure the best possible outcomes for children.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will possess a Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care and have relevant experience working in early childhood services. You will be required to demonstrate a commitment to practicing values such as respect, empathy, and inclusivity every day, as well as a commitment to ongoing professional learning.

  • Develop and implement innovative educational programs that cater to the diverse needs of each child
  • Establish and maintain effective relationships with families to ensure seamless communication and support
  • Collaborate with colleagues to design and deliver curriculum that promotes holistic development and integration

  • Pursue ongoing professional learning opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge

Essential Criteria

  • Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care or equivalent qualification
  • A current Working with Children Check clearance number
  • An approved first aid qualification for early education and care (HLTAID004)
  • Completed an approved child protection Statement of Attainment
  • Relevant experience working in early childhood services
