Key Job Responsibilities

The successful candidate will serve as a strategic partner to the CEO, providing critical insights for business planning and financial modeling. Key responsibilities include:

- Providing data-driven recommendations for strategic decisions
- Developing and maintaining financial models to evaluate business strategies
- Driving the budgeting and forecasting process
- Analyzing inventory and stock levels
- Tracking corporate initiatives and departmental strategy targets
- Collaborating with marketing to develop business cases for digital initiatives

Requirements

The ideal candidate will be a qualified CA/CPA/CIMA professional with excellent analytical and communication skills. The following qualifications are essential:

- Strong financial and commercial competencies
- Proficiency in Power BI and strong systems userability
- Experience within a commercial or FP&A role in a Retail, FMCG, Product, or Manufacturing environment (highly beneficial)
