We are seeking a dedicated and passionate educator to work with primary school children in a dynamic out-of-school-hours care environment.

Job Role

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to create engaging and educational programs, establish a safe and supportive learning environment, and communicate effectively with colleagues and parents.

This casual role offers flexibility to suit your lifestyle, with multiple locations to choose from.

Main Responsibilities
  • Program Development: Plan and implement exciting and educational activities for primary school children.
  • Safety and Support: Establish and maintain a safe and supportive learning environment, adhering to child safety principles.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with children, colleagues, and parents, ensuring strong relationships are built.
  • Team Contribution: Contribute to the overall success of the out-of-school-hours care program.
Requirements
  • A genuine passion for working with children.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • A team player with aspirations to take on leadership opportunities.
  • A valid Australian work visa.
