Job Description

We are seeking a visionary leader to oversee the design and delivery of scalable CRM solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and Azure Integration Services.

This role will drive innovation across banking channels while mentoring engineering teams and uplifting CRM capability.

The ideal candidate will have strong technical leadership skills in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, Power Platform, and Azure integration services, as well as experience in embedding AI-driven capabilities like Dynamics 365 Copilot.

The successful candidate will also have a deep understanding of financial services, including regulatory requirements and customer-centric operations.

In addition, they will be able to combine strong coding skills in C#, JavaScript, and TypeScript with a practical approach to building secure, scalable CRM solutions.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 8 years' experience across infrastructure, enterprise applications, banking systems, and architecture-led delivery.
  • Strong technical leadership skills in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, Power Platform, and Azure integration services.
  • Experience in embedding AI-driven capabilities like Dynamics 365 Copilot.
  • Deep domain knowledge of financial services, including regulatory requirements and customer-centric operations.
  • Ability to combine strong coding skills in C#, JavaScript, and TypeScript with a practical approach to building secure, scalable CRM solutions.
