Support Worker Role

We are seeking compassionate individuals to join our team of Support Workers. The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills, be able to build strong relationships with clients and their families, and provide high-quality care and support.

About the Role

This is an entry-level position that requires a minimum of two hours spent with each client per day. Shifts may suit students studying nursing or related health disciplines. A current driver's license, NDIS Worker Check, and First Aid certification are required. Availability to work a minimum of 10-15 hours per week is also necessary.

Longer hours and increased workloads are available, including weekend and overnight services. This role offers the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of others and provides a supportive and inclusive work environment.

As a Support Worker, you will have the opportunity to work with clients in various locations throughout Brisbane, including Fortitude Valley, Regents Park, and Eagleby. You will be responsible for providing personal care, transport, domestic assistance, and social support to clients.

Requirements
  • Current driver's license
  • NDIS Worker Check (or willingness to obtain)
  • First Aid certification
  • Availability to work a minimum of 10-15 hours per week
