We are seeking a Trade Counter Assistant to join our team in Pakenham.

About the Role

As part of our Trade Counter team, you will provide customer service and information about products, provide quotes both in person and over the phone, undertake pick packing and stock control activities, help keep the branch tidy and safe, and make occasional deliveries to customers using a company vehicle.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service and support to landscapers, irrigation specialists, and other tradespeople.
  • Assist with product quotes and sales.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment.
  • Pack and process orders efficiently.
  • Drive company vehicles safely and responsibly.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Previous experience in retail sales or customer service.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A valid driver's license and ability to work flexible hours.
  • A strong desire to learn and grow with our company.
