About the Role

As a part-time Podiatrist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality treatment to patients, ensuring optimal health outcomes. This encompasses effective and efficient assessment, treatment planning, treatment implementation, and evaluation in a multi-disciplinary setting.

In this role, you will provide general foot care, including assessing, diagnosing, treating, and evaluating abnormalities and diseases related to the foot and lower limb. You will also conduct diabetic foot health assessments, provide footwear and foot care advice and education, diagnose and effectively treat musculoskeletal conditions via various treatments, provide biomechanical examinations and assessments, and provide advice on orthotic prescriptions and fittings.

You will maintain quality documentation and treatment planning procedures and make referrals to other healthcare professionals as appropriate.

  • Qualification as a Podiatrist
