About this Role:

Gorilla Jobs is seeking a dedicated and experienced Full-Time Pharmacist in Charge to oversee the daily operations of our community-focused pharmacy. This leadership role requires a candidate with extensive experience and a strong grasp of the pharmacy industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the efficient handling of approximately scripts per day, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
  • Manage and deliver a diverse range of pharmacy services, including PBS, compounding, and medicinal cannabis, to meet the needs of our patients.
  • Utilize advanced dispensing systems, such as Z dispense, to enhance dispensing accuracy and efficiency.
  • Work closely with the pharmacist manager and provide leadership and guidance to a team of dispensing technicians, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment.
  • Ensure adherence to industry standards and regulations, maintaining high levels of patient care and satisfaction.
  • Drive business growth and strategies for increased profitability, contributing to the success of Gorilla Jobs.

Requirements:
