About the Role

This role involves championing data-driven solutions that support medical practice administration, hospital governance, and legal services. As a key member of the team, you will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and contribute to innovative digital offerings designed for our clients in the healthcare sector.

You will be responsible for translating business needs into actionable insights and building and enhancing analytics tools and dashboards using technologies like Power BI, SQL, and Python. You will also support end-to-end data lifecycle management, including governance, quality, and protection, as well as engage with internal IT teams and vendors to implement technical solutions aligned with business and compliance standards.

Responsibilities
  • Support data governance initiatives and manage data-related risks.
  • Ensure compliance with data privacy, protection, and security requirements.
  • Maintain high standards of data and metadata integrity and quality.
  • Deliver insights and recommendations that directly contribute to business outcomes.
  • Contribute to maintaining best practices aligned to industry frameworks and standards such as ISO 27001, SOC 2, and NIST.
  • Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Requirements

We are looking for an experienced Data Analyst who has a practical understanding of data management framework, familiarity with data protection and information security policies and standards, and understanding of data modelling, visualisation techniques, and data lifecycle management.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or a related field, and be able to translate complex technical details into business-relevant insights. Technical skills in tools such as Power BI, SQL, Python, VBA, and Excel macros are highly regarded.
