Job Title: Marketing Operations Associate

About the role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Operations Associate to join our team. The successful candidate will serve as the primary liaison between our organization and our network of content creators, managing everything from initial outreach and deal negotiations to content briefing and campaign execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage our network of content creators across Australia & New Zealand
  • Develop and implement program improvement initiatives
  • Coordinate content approval processes and provide feedback
  • Negotiate partnership terms, rates, and deliverables
  • Plan and execute familiarisation tours for key creators

Requirements:

  • Deep understanding of social media platforms
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills
  • Excellent project management and organisational abilities
  • Data-driven mindset with ability to analyse campaign performance
