Architectural Draftsperson

Elements Glass is a locally owned and operated glass and aluminium specialist based in Pinelands. We work closely with developers, private, and commercial clients to provide high-quality custom-made glass solutions. Our services include cutting-to-size shower screens, balustrades, windows, doors, and security screens.

We are seeking an experienced Architectural Draftsperson to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing fabrication drawings, operating computer-aided drafting equipment, and coordinating with aluminium fabricators.

• Prepare fabrication drawings and designs
• Operate computer-aided drafting equipment and conventional drafting stations
• Study documents and plans to ensure accuracy
• Coordinate with aluminium fabricators to ensure timely delivery
• Obtain relevant information to provide estimated quotes
• Consult with customers to discuss project requirements
• Complete sales and production estimating requirements
• Resolve ordering oversights and make amendments as required

• Ability to visualise ideas in three-dimensional form
• Enjoy technical drawing and working with technology
• Be able to draw neatly and accurately
• Good concentration and attention to detail
• Some artistic talent in freehand drawing
