Learning Facilitator

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Learning Facilitator to join our team. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to inspire children in their home away from home.

The ideal candidate will be able to discover the interests of the children and turn them into co-learning and collaborative learning experiences. They will also provide and maintain a safe and healthy learning environment for all, support the Lead Educator in delivering a high-quality education program, and contribute actively to the educational program and documentation.

Requirements:

  • Experience working with an accredited childcare facility or similar
  • Understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework, National Quality Standards, and National Quality Framework
  • Demonstrated knowledge of theories of early childhood development
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Computer literacy skills

Credentials:

  • Certificate III in Children's Services (or equivalent)
  • Diploma of Children's Services (desirable)
  • First Aid Certificate including CPR, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis training
  • Valid WWCC
