Chief Financial Strategist

The ideal candidate will oversee the development of strategic financial plans for our business, ensuring alignment with company objectives and risk management strategies. Key responsibilities include:
- Creating detailed cash flow forecasts, work-in-progress spreadsheets, and business summaries to inform decision-making
- Maintaining accurate records of income, expenses, insurance coverage, and other essential financial metrics
- Collaborating with external partners, including solicitors, auditors, and insurance providers, to ensure compliance and optimal financial outcomes
- Conducting regular reviews of key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement
About You
To excel in this role, you should possess:
- A minimum of 5 years' experience as a Finance Manager or similar position in a commercial construction setting, preferably with companies exceeding $50 million in turnover
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective liaison with internal and external stakeholders
- Proficiency in MS Excel and other relevant systems, with a proven ability to adapt to new technologies
