About Department

Central Gippsland Health provides specialist paediatric services for the population of Central and East Gippsland.

About the Role

As a Consultant Paediatrician, you will provide specialist paediatric services in an environment characterised by a need to work effectively as part of the Paediatric Unit and also within a large multidisciplinary team.

Classifications for this position range from classification award for Specialist Year (1-9).

About You

To be successful, you must hold a primary medical qualification registrable with the Medical Practitioners Board of Victoria and a Fellowship of the Royal Australasian College of Physicians.

Substantial and proven experience in general paediatric medicine at a senior level and within a community consulting practice and a hospital based setting is required.
