**Health and Fitness Role Overview**

We are seeking suitably qualified and motivated professionals to work in our Health and Fitness areas.

This role involves delivering high-quality fitness classes, ensuring the safety of participants, and providing excellent customer service.

The successful candidate will have a Cert III in Fitness and/or Les Mills GEL accreditation, as well as first aid and CPR qualifications.

As a team member, you will contribute to creating a positive and inclusive environment for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality group fitness classes within all prescribed program formats/guidelines
  • Ensure the required studio is set up and class is ready to start on time
  • Ensure the health and safety of all participants
  • Foster a sense of belonging and build rapport with participants

Requirements:

  • Cert III in Fitness and/or Les Mills GEL accreditation
  • First aid and CPR qualifications
