Brand Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Brand Manager to join our team at Optimal Recruitment. As a Brand Manager, you will be responsible for planning, managing, and executing all facets of end-to-end Brand Management.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement brand plans, targeting both consumers and the pharmacy trade
- Manage brand budgets and plan and deliver campaigns across all media channels
- Work with Sales Management on Trade / Category Reviews and implement trade promotional campaigns
- Provide sales team support and liaison, sales aids, merchandising and training materials
- Develop and manage new product developments from concept to delivery and go-to-market strategy
- Work with in-house graphic designer and digital marketer to create content and campaign materials
- Work with external marketing and media agencies to manage and execute campaigns
- Conduct regular brand assessment, product analysis and review of market trends
- Prior experience as Brand Manager or Assistant Brand Manager, 2+ years
- Pharmacy and / or Skincare market experience is desirable
- A passion for skincare with a strong work ethic
- Ability to translate corporate and brand strategies into clear, specific objectives
- Execute marketing programs and campaigns based on brand objectives
- Have a good knowledge of marketing and social media platforms
- Strong written and oral presentation skills
- Good communicator with the ability to build rapport with stakeholders, team members and peers
- Good project management skills with the ability to manage several deliverables at one time
