As a Residential Manager, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional person-centred care, building a customer-centric home, and driving commercially superior and sustainable results.

  • Lead and inspire people to deliver great care in our homes
  • Maintain and enhance resident's health and well-being, capabilities, independence, choice, privacy, dignity, and safety

Requirements
  • Previous experience as Residential Manager in Aged Care Facility
  • Strong people management skills, high degree of business acumen, and excellent customer service
  • Registered Nurse (desirable), demonstrated ability to build and lead teams, and good computer literacy
