Position Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced lawyer to join our team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in family law and be well-versed in litigation and general practice areas like wills and probate, with a passion for delivering high-quality legal advice and representation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide legal advice and support to clients on a range of issues.
- Manage a caseload with a focus on family law, conveyancing, wills, and estates.
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
- Represent clients in court, mediations, and other legal proceedings.
