Retail Experience Associate

As a key member of our retail team, you will deliver exceptional customer experiences during the seasonal Christmas period. You will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction through outstanding product knowledge, customer service, and problem-solving skills. In addition to creating a shoppable environment, you will help maintain store appearance by keeping the shop floor neat and tidy, ensuring stock is properly organized, and participating in visual merchandising.
Key Responsibilities- Provide an outstanding customer experience for each person who shops with us.
- Ensure our stores are open and ready for customers.
- Manage the movement of stock, optimize sales, and maintain store appearance.
- Collaborate with colleagues to maintain high standards of store presentation.
- Demonstrate strong product knowledge and communicate effectively with customers.
- Support the leadership team with assigned tasks and projects.
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role is desirable.
- A strong focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask.
