Komatsu Australia is seeking a highly skilled Technical Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our technical support team, you will provide expert guidance to maintenance personnel at client sites throughout Queensland.

The ideal candidate will possess a trade qualification such as Certificate III in Mobile Plant Technology or equivalent and have extensive experience in diagnosing, repairing, and servicing Komatsu heavy equipment. Additionally, they should have valid driver's licence and the ability to analyze and troubleshoot complex hydraulic, mechanical, and electrical issues.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Serving as primary liaison for Technical and Service information between the Customer and Komatsu
  • Offering on-site application support and maintenance advice for Komatsu products
  • Ensuring compliance with global service policies, updating manuals and procedures
